WEDDING PACKAGE

Before you consider my fees, we should meet. This is an obligation free meeting. It's a chance for you to meet me and decide if you'd like me as your celebrant.
To secure your date, I ask for a small deposit of $150.
From there the package includes everything you'll need:

Consultation by phone, in person, email or video whenever required

An 'Information Booklet' that has everything you need to know about the process

Writing of a ceremony that reflects your unique story, and as many edits as it takes to be just right

All legal paperwork including preparation, lodgement of the NOIM, Declaration, Marriage Certificates and associated costs

A rehearsal at a mutually agreeable time and location

Professional PA system that you can also play your music through

Travel to and from your venue, within 40km of Randwick

Confirmation that I will be set up onsite at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start of the ceremony

The Official Wedding Certificate

Lodgement of your official Marriage Certificate that is required to prove your marriage or change your name. Note the application cost of $60 and postage is included in the below costs.

A FEW BITS WORTH NOTING
Planning your wedding is probably the biggest event you've ever had to organise. I want to make planning of the ceremony component as easy as I can. I don't have any surprising terms, but there are a few details below that might help ensure a smooth process.

The deposit is required within 7 days of booking to secure your wedding date and time.

The balance of fees is required 14 days prior to your ceremony.

Preferred payment method is direct bank deposit.

Taxis, tolls, city parking and additional travel will be quoted separately.

The booking fee is non-refundable. This covers the time and administration of the lodgement of your Notice of Intended Marriage and the provision of relevant resources.

If planning an outside ceremony, and it rains I will not be able to use my PA system or Official Certificates as it will cause damage to both. I would strongly suggest securing an indoor (dry) back-up venue in case of wet weather.

If I am unable to officiate on the day, I commit to finding a suitable replacement Celebrant or to refund the balance. But don’t worry, I’ll be there!
